We’re always seeking to improve service and convenience for our clients, both current and prospective. So, we’re delighted to roll out our new online appointment request system on our site (Kharismahair.com).

How does it work?

It’s far superior to a simple email request. When you visit Kharismahair.com and click on the “Request Your Appointment” icon on the left-hand sidebar (or below), you’ll be presented with a full compliment of scheduling choices. Once submitted, the information is routed directly into Kharisma’s scheduling software for review and confirmation.

Now you can request appointments quickly and easily — for hair cuts, hair styling, high color, balayage, you name it — whether during Kharisma’s normal operating hours or at midnight on Saturday night! While our old, email-based contact form served our clients well, information still had to be reviewed, transferred to and compared with the information in our scheduling system — and that took time and left room for human error. Not good enough for Kharisma or, more importantly, you — our valued customers.

Almost all of us at Kharisma use the web to search for local services and products — and we often choose businesses based on the reviews we see online. We think reviews offer a terrific service to consumers.
