First, a big thanks to all attendees of our innagural Kharisma Academy “Balayage Basics” class.

Kharisma artists tought balayage, color and other salon techniques across the country (and the world) for years. After doubling the salon space last year, we thought there were probably a few area stylists that would like to take these exclusive classes right here at home.  We were right — but the demand was greater than we’d imagined!  So…

Our first class, BALAYAGE BASICS with Laura Holmes, introduced stylists to the exciting possibilities offered by use — and eventual mastery – of the balayage coloring technique.  That’s Laura (blond hair) in the middle photograph working with a student.  As you can see, classes aren’t purely academic – they are hands-on courses!
