Eric is the proud owner of Kharisma Hair Studio in Houston, Texas. Throughout his career he has worked in some of the best salons in Dallas, New York, Los Angeles and Paris. For fifteen years he has worked as a L’Oréal educator and portfolio artist, bringing an unparalleled skill and a great sense of humor to every class he teaches. Eric specializes in Balayage, color and color correction. His work has been featured in Modern Salon, American Salon, Allure, and Lucky Magazine and has worked with a long list of celebrities such as Alyssa Milano, Carrie Fisher and Rita Wilson.

Laura is the Color Director, serves as a national portfolio artist and is the Director for Kharisma Academy. Trained internationally and having worked as a L’Oréal Professionnel educator for over a decade, she specializes in Balayage, Color, Color Correction, Brazilian Blowout, and Hair Straightening.  

With a passion for fashion and style, Roi Alan combines and translates the two into beautiful hairstyles.  Initially trained at the Aveda Institute in color, cut and styling techniques, Roi Alan has furthered his education to bring you the best and the latest in hair fashion: L’Oreal Soho Academy, Bumble & Bumble NYC and Shu Uemura training.  Formally a network educator for Bumble and Bumble, Roi is now an educator and part of the traveling hair show team for FHI Heat, working with some of the most innovative styling tools the industry has to offer.

Linda Hargrave Chambers brings 20 years of industry experience to the Kharisma team. With highly personalized and thorough consultation as well as open lines of communication throughout the artistic process, Linda designs “perfect looks” for all her clients. Mutually complementary color and styles are essential to achieve your best look and Linda applies great passion, experience and talent towards that end.  Former Regional Educator for L’Oreal Professionnel / Specializes in: color, corrective color, and Balayage.

Courtney has over 17 years of experience in hair design. Inspired by European art, Courtney considers hair styling as a form of canvas and sculpture, incorporating this philosophy into her work. Courtney specializes in hair styling, color, color correction, and highlights. 

Brandy has over a decade of experience and has trained with both national and international artists. She possesses expertise in Great Lengths hair extensions, precision cutting, hair styling, updos, and perms.

Liliana’s rigorous L’Oréal training shows in her work. Liliana specializes in color, color correction, highlights, Balayage, and Brazilian Blowout treatments, and styling.

Dan, an internationally trained stylist and colorist, has a styling background from New York’s runways, all the way to styling hair for the silver screen. Dan is an avid philanthropist, helping raise money for organizations such as the Ronald McDonald House and Susan G. Komen. His passion for the industry comes through in his work and his relationships with his clients.

Andrea is a formally trained colorist who has worked with renowned balayage masters.  Andrea specializes in brazilian blowouts, color, color correction and balayage, as a colorist Andrea is on a constant search for inspiration.

Connie has been in the industry for 15 years.  She studied and trained under internationally known hair styling artists, focusing in French technique.   Trained in Milan, Italy, for extended styling experience with a European flare, her specialties are hair cuts and styling, color , Keratin treatments and relaxers.

Jacquie has over 10 years experience in several of Houston’s most upscale hair salons. She employs a wide variety of techniques enabling her to satisfy the most discerning customers and regularly attends seminars throughout the country. She is a L’Oréal trained colorist, practices Balayage and traditional coloring techniques as well as Brazilian Blowout treatments for the naturally curly. She also specializes in updos and is often referred by friends and clients for special occasions, weddings, and photo shoots/ fashion shows.

Naz has been styling and coloring hair since 1980, and has worked for top salons around the world in Tehran, Paris, Los Angeles and Houston.  Trained extensively in Paris, Los Angeles and New York, Naz specializes in styling, cuts, razor cuts, and is certified in Brazilian Blowout treatments.  Naz is highly adept at unique color application and highlights thanks to her broad experience and deep knowledge of hair color ‘trade secrets.’

As well as being a stylist, Andrew is also the Salon Coordinator at Kharisma Hair Studio. Trained in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles and Dallas, Andrew describes himself as a great listener, easy to talk to, and strives to work with clients to provide them with the best possible look. Andrew is dedicated to constantly continuing his education and, in his words, likes each client to enjoy styles they “love and embrace.” Andrew specializes in curly hair, as he has become a certified stylist in Ouidad haircuts and styles. He is constantly striving to make Kharisma Hair Studio the best salon in Houston.

From elegant to edgy, Travis is passionate about creating looks to complement your personal style.  Travis routinely seeks the best, tend-setting stylist education programs in London, New York, Chicago, Dallas, and Miami.  Travis specializes in cutting and styling curly, textured hair, and enjoys working his hair magic on photo shoots and fashion shows locally, nationally, and internationally.   Travis knows hairstyles are a critical element of your ‘first impression’ — and wants to make sure yours is memorable.

Aleyda’s technique originates from her French training — and from her more than 16 years of hairstyling and color application experience. Aleyda is a talented stylist who specializes in precision cuts, Balayage and color.

Mark began his stylist career 25 years ago in Boston Massachusetts. During his six years as Style Director at one of Boston’s Top Salons, Mark studied with Rusk, Toni & Guy , and was featured in fashion and style shows.  Mark moved to Houston in 1993 and spent 17 years as a top stylist at Tova’s Day Spa. Mark specializes in short hair, and introduced perfect “Clipper over Comb” cuts for women. Mark is passionate about his art, and considers his greatest reward “helping clients achieve their potential by changing their styles.”

Jenny brings a decade of experience from one of Houston’s finest luxury spas and salons to Kharisma. Jenny is highly regarded and sought after for her expertise in color, corrective color, highlights, innovative cuts, styling, and updos. Jenny is certified in premium-quality Hairlocs hair extensions, and both Keratin and Brazilian blowout treatments. You can have the utmost confidence that you will always look current, stylish, and your absolute best reflection of yourself when Jenny is in charge of your hair.

Melina has three decades of industry experience, specializing in color, highlights, perms, and curly hair. She trained and worked with Vidal Sassoon and Bruno Dessange and worked in London, Paris, New York, San Francisco, Hong Kong, Seoul, and Tokyo. Melina specializes in Japanese thermo reconditioning and was the first to provide this specialty in Houston. Past clients include celebrities like Rachel Welch, Barbara Hershey, Carol Burnett, Jane Alexander and Jessica Lang.
